Role Overview

The Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder/Experience Lead) drives exceptional pet parent service, loyalty strategies, and store operations. You'll share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement, acting as Leader on Duty when needed. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in our vibrant Palm Beach Gardens location.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Leadership: Facilitate training, onboarding, mentoring, and feedback; delegate tasks; lead associates as Leader on Duty; recognize top performers.
  • Brand & Store Experience: Handle pet parent interactions (phone/in-person/online); promote events, adoptions, and sales; manage online orders and POS; ensure safety and cleanliness.
  • Operational Support: Support services, cycle counts, pet health responses, and opening/closing procedures.

Experience & Skills

Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail customer service experience (leadership preferred), strong communication, organizational skills, composure under pressure, and computer proficiency. No direct reports, but guide associate development and provide performance input.

  • Drive pet parent experience via loyalty programs, promotions, and issue resolution
  • Oversee store safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and live pet/adoption sales
  • Coordinate store events, online order fulfillment, and POS transactions as backup
  • Act as Leader on Duty, delegating tasks and addressing associate/pet parent concerns
