Role Overview
The Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder/Experience Lead) delivers exceptional service to pet parents, drives loyalty and promotions, and supports store operations. You'll share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement, acting as Leader on Duty when needed. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in our pet-loving community.
Key Responsibilities
People Leadership
Facilitate associate training, onboarding, mentoring, and feedback; delegate tasks; lead as Leader on Duty; address complaints; celebrate engagement.
Brand Integrity & Store Experience
Handle pet parent interactions across channels; promote events, adoptions, and sales; manage online pickups and POS; ensure safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance; support other departments.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail customer service experience, preferred leadership background, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational skills. No direct reports, but guide associates and provide performance input.

- Drive pet parent experience via loyalty programs, promotions, and issue resolution
- Oversee store safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and compliance with policies
- Coordinate store events, live pet sales, adoptions, and vet partnerships
- Manage online order pickups, POS transactions, and cycle counts as backup
- Act as Leader on Duty directing associates and handling complaints
- Ensure safe environment for pets, associates, and customers including sick pet protocols
