As Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder/Experience Lead), you'll deliver exceptional service to pet parents, drive loyalty and promotions, and support store operations. Share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement while acting as Leader on Duty when needed. No direct reports, but guide team development and provide performance feedback.
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail customer service experience (leadership preferred), full-time flexibility, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational skills. Passion for pets and retail excellence required.
