Role Overview

The Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder) drives exceptional pet parent experiences through loyalty initiatives, promotions, and direct interactions. You'll share oversight of store safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement, acting as Leader on Duty when needed. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, offering a dynamic retail leadership position with no direct reports but significant influence on team development.

Key Responsibilities

People Leadership

Facilitate associate onboarding, training, mentoring, and coaching; validate task completion; lead as Leader on Duty; address complaints and celebrate achievements to boost engagement.

Brand Integrity & Store Experience

Handle pet parent interactions across channels; promote events like adoptions and shot clinics; manage live pet sales/adoptions; prepare online orders; maintain POS accuracy; ensure safety and cleanliness standards; support cycle counts and cross-department needs.

Experience & Skills

Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail customer service experience, preferred leadership background, strong communication, organizational skills, composure under pressure, and computer proficiency. Passion for pets and retail excellence is essential.
