Role Overview
As Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder/Experience Lead), you'll deliver exceptional service to pet parents while upholding PetSmart's vision, mission, and values. Drive loyalty, promotions, and interactions to achieve results. Share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement. Act as Leader on Duty, guiding teams without direct reports.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Facilitate training, onboarding, mentoring; delegate tasks; lead as Leader on Duty; handle complaints and recognize top performers.
- Brand Integrity & Store Experience: Resolve pet parent concerns across channels; promote events like adoptions and shot clinics; manage live pet sales/adoptions; prepare online orders; maintain POS accuracy; ensure safety and cleanliness.
Experience & Skills
Seek 2+ years retail customer service experience (leadership preferred). Full availability required, including evenings/weekends/holidays. Excel in communication, organization, composure under pressure, and computer skills. Passion for pets and retail success essential.
