Role Overview
The Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder/Experience Lead) drives exceptional pet parent service, loyalty strategies, and store operations. You'll share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement, acting as Leader on Duty to guide teams and achieve results in a dynamic pet retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Facilitate training, onboarding, mentoring, and performance feedback; delegate tasks, lead as Leader on Duty, and boost engagement.
- Brand Integrity & Store Experience: Manage pet parent interactions (in-person, phone, online), promote events/adoptions/vet partnerships, handle live pet sales, prepare online orders, operate POS, and ensure safety/cleanliness.
- Address concerns, maintain compliance, and support other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail customer service experience (leadership preferred), full-time flexibility, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational skills. No direct reports, but guide associates and provide feedback.
