Role Overview

The Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder/Experience Lead) drives exceptional pet parent service, loyalty strategies, and store operations. You'll share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement, acting as Leader on Duty to guide teams and achieve results in a fast-paced pet retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Leadership: Facilitate training, onboarding, mentoring, and performance feedback; delegate tasks, resolve grievances, and boost engagement.
  • Brand & Store Experience: Manage pet parent interactions (phone/in-person/online), promote events/adoptions/vet clinics, handle live pet sales, online orders, and POS backups.
  • Operations: Ensure safety/compliance, maintain cleanliness, conduct cycle counts, report pet health issues, and support opening/closing procedures.

Experience & Skills

Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail customer service experience (leadership preferred), full-time flexibility, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational skills. No direct reports, but guide associates and provide feedback.

  • Ensure compliance with policies, report pet health issues, and maintain standards
