Role Overview

The Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder) leads exceptional pet parent service, drives loyalty and promotions, and supports store operations. You'll act as Leader on Duty, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and associate engagement while achieving key results in a dynamic retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate associate training, onboarding, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Resolve pet parent concerns via phone, in-person, or online interactions.
  • Coordinate store events, live pet sales, adoptions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain store standards for safety, cleanliness, and merchandising.
  • Handle POS, online orders, inventory counts, and opening/closing duties.

Experience & Skills

Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail experience, leadership preferred. Must have full-time flexibility, strong communication, organizational skills, and composure under pressure. Proficiency in computers and passion for pets required. No direct reports, but guide associate development.
