Role Overview

The Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder/Experience Lead) delivers exceptional service to pet parents, drives loyalty and promotions, and supports store operations. You'll share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement, acting as Leader on Duty when needed. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in our pet-loving community.

Key Responsibilities

People Leadership

Facilitate associate training, onboarding, mentoring, and feedback for performance reviews and growth. Delegate tasks, lead as Leader on Duty, address complaints, and celebrate team achievements to boost engagement.

Brand Integrity & Store Experience

Handle pet parent interactions across phone, in-person, and online channels. Promote events like adoptions, vet partnerships, and shot clinics; manage live pet sales; prepare online orders; backup POS/cash; maintain cleanliness and safety standards; report sick pets and assist other departments.

Experience & Skills

Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail customer service experience, preferred leadership background, full-time flexibility, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational detail-orientation. No direct reports, but guide associates and provide feedback.
