Role Overview

The Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder/Experience Lead) drives exceptional pet parent service, loyalty strategies, and store operations. You'll share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement, acting as Leader on Duty when needed. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in our Washington, Pennsylvania store.

Key Responsibilities

People Leadership

  • Facilitate training, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching; provide feedback for reviews and promotions.
  • Delegate tasks, lead associates as Leader on Duty, and resolve complaints.
  • Celebrate achievements to boost engagement.

Brand Integrity & Store Experience

  • Handle pet parent interactions across phone, in-person, and online; promote events, adoptions, and services.
  • Manage live pet sales, cycle counts, POS backups, and online pickups.
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance; assist with openings/closings.

Experience & Skills

Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail experience, leadership preferred. Key skills include strong communication, organization, composure under pressure, and computer proficiency. No direct reports, but guide associates and provide performance input.
