Role Overview

The Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder/Experience Lead) delivers exceptional service to pet parents, drives loyalty and promotions, and supports store operations. You'll share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement, acting as Leader on Duty when needed. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in our vibrant pet retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Leadership: Facilitate training, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching; delegate tasks; lead associates as Leader on Duty; handle complaints and recognize top performers.
  • Brand Integrity & Store Experience: Manage pet parent interactions (in-person, phone, online); promote events like adoptions and shot clinics; handle live pet sales/adoptions; prepare online orders; maintain POS backups; ensure safety and cleanliness.

Experience & Skills

Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail customer service experience (leadership preferred), full availability, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational skills. No direct reports, but guide associates and provide performance feedback.
