Role Overview

The Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder) drives exceptional pet parent service, loyalty strategies, and store operations. You'll share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement, acting as Leader on Duty to ensure seamless execution of PetSmart's vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate associate experience: Train, mentor, coach, and provide feedback for performance reviews and growth.
  • Lead pet parent interactions: Handle service via phone, in-person, or online; promote events, adoptions, and sales.
  • Ensure brand integrity: Manage online orders, POS transactions, inventory counts, and store cleanliness/safety.
  • Support operations: Delegate tasks, address complaints, validate compliance, and assist other departments as needed.

Experience & Skills

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of customer-focused retail experience, with leadership preferred. Full-time flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential. Excel in communication, organization, composure under pressure, and computer proficiency. No direct reports, but guide associates and act as key leader.
