Drive loyalty, promotions, and interactions to achieve results. Share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement in a dynamic pet retail setting.
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail customer service experience (leadership preferred), full availability including evenings/weekends/holidays, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational skills. No direct reports but guide associate development.
