Role Overview
The Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder/Experience Lead) drives exceptional pet parent service, loyalty strategies, and store results. You'll share oversight of safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement, acting as Leader on Duty when needed. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in our Poland, Ohio location.
Key Responsibilities
People Leadership
Facilitate associate onboarding, training, mentoring, and performance feedback. Delegate tasks, lead as Leader on Duty, address grievances, and celebrate engagement.
Brand Integrity & Store Experience
Deliver outstanding service via phone, in-person, or online; promote events, adoptions, and sales; manage live pets and vet transports; maintain cleanliness/safety; handle POS, orders, and cycle counts.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail customer service experience, preferred leadership background, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational skills. No direct reports, but guide associates and provide feedback.
