Role Overview
As Retail Operations Manager (Process Leader) in Bloomingdale, Illinois, you'll drive store success through shared leadership. Accountable for merchandising, inventory, pet care, associate development, financial outcomes, and maintaining a safe, organized store. This full-time role offers dynamic responsibilities varying by store needs.
Key Responsibilities
People Leadership
Recruit, coach, and develop associates; manage labor, onboarding, reviews, and succession planning. Delegate tasks, ensure training compliance, and foster engagement through recognition.
Store Operations & Pet Care
Oversee pet health including feeding, cleaning habitats, and sick pet protocols. Execute inventory accuracy, receiving, stocking, and merchandising. Manage BOPIS/SFS, vendor relations, and sales trends.
Financial & Safety Management
Drive P&L results by controlling shrink, labor, and expenses. Maintain compliance, cleanliness, and safety standards while addressing customer concerns.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 2+ years retail management, pet care knowledge, inventory expertise, and P&L analysis skills. Must excel in team motivation, process optimization, and customer service. Flexible availability required.

- Handle customer concerns and maintain vendor relationships
