Role Overview
The Retail Operations Manager (Process Leader) shares responsibility for driving store performance through merchandising, inventory, pet care, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities
People Leadership
Recruit, coach, and develop associates; prioritize tasks, manage labor, and foster engagement through recognition and communication.
Store Operations & Pet Care
Oversee pet health maintenance, habitat standards, inventory accuracy, merchandising, and compliance with safety protocols. Handle Buy Online Pick Up In Store processes and vendor relations.
Financial & Expense Management
Analyze trends to meet sales and shrink targets, control labor/supply costs, and leverage resources for continuous improvement.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring retail management experience, leadership prowess, pet care knowledge, and analytical skills.
