Role Overview

The Retail Operations Manager (Process Leader) shares responsibility for driving store performance through merchandising, inventory, pet care, and team leadership. This full-time role ensures a safe, organized store while upholding PetSmart's vision, mission, and values. You'll manage daily operations, financial outcomes, and associate development to deliver outstanding pet parent experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Recruit, coach, and develop associates; prioritize tasks, manage labor, and foster engagement through recognition and communication.
• Store Operations: Oversee pet care habitats, inventory accuracy, merchandising, planograms, and programs like Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS).
• Financial & Safety Management: Drive sales targets, control shrink and expenses, maintain compliance, and ensure a safe environment for pets, associates, and customers.

Experience & Skills

Proficiency in inventory systems, sales analysis, and process improvement is essential.
