Role Overview
The Retail Operations Manager (Process Leader) shares responsibility for driving store performance through merchandising, inventory, pet care, and team leadership. Accountable for financial outcomes, safety, and an exceptional store experience, you'll uphold PetSmart's vision while leading associates to success.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, coach, and develop associates; manage labor, onboarding, and performance; delegate tasks and ensure operational compliance.
- Store Experience: Oversee pet care for store-owned animals, inventory processes, merchandising, and Buy Online Pick Up In Store operations; maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
- Expense Management: Analyze reports to hit sales and shrink targets; control labor and supplies; identify growth opportunities.
Experience & Skills
