Role Overview
The Retail Operations Manager (Process Leader) shares responsibility for driving store performance through merchandising, inventory, pet care, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, coach, and develop associates; manage labor, onboarding, and performance reviews; delegate tasks and ensure training compliance.
- Store Operations: Oversee pet care for store-owned animals, habitat maintenance, inventory accuracy, merchandising, and Buy Online Pick Up In Store processes.
- Financial & Expense Management: Analyze trends, drive sales, control shrink, manage labor/supplies, and meet P&L targets.
- Customer & Safety Focus: Maintain store standards, handle pet parent concerns, ensure safety, and report issues promptly.
