Role Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor (Process Lead) shares responsibility for driving operational excellence. This full-time role involves merchandising, inventory management, pet care, store operations, and leading associates to uphold our brand promise in a fast-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Guide sales associates with training, mentoring, coaching, feedback, and task delegation. Act as leader on duty, address grievances, and boost engagement.
• Store Operations: Optimize merchandising, manage inventory audits and sales trends, handle POS and cash transactions, execute opening/closing procedures.
• Pet Care Excellence: Maintain pet health standards, care for new arrivals and sick pets, ensure quarantine protocols, and report issues promptly.
• Customer Focus: Support online orders, pick-ups, and positive pet parent experiences while ensuring a safe, organized store.

Experience & Skills

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in customer-focused environments, full-time flexibility (evenings, weekends, holidays), computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational detail-orientation. No direct reports, but you'll guide associates and provide performance feedback.
