Role Overview
The Retail Operations Supervisor (Process Lead) drives operational excellence, sharing responsibility for merchandising, inventory, pet care, and associate leadership. You'll act as Leader on Duty, ensuring a safe, organized store while upholding PetSmart's vision, mission, and values. This full-time role demands flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in our Bayamon location.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Guide sales associates with training, mentoring, task delegation, and performance feedback. Address grievances, celebrate successes, and foster engagement.
- Store Operations: Manage merchandise strategies, inventory audits, POS transactions, and online order fulfillment. Maintain visual standards and execute seasonal displays.
- Pet Care Excellence: Oversee cleaning, feeding, health checks, and quarantine for store pets. Report illnesses and transport to vets promptly.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail supervisory experience, strong communication, organizational skills, and composure under pressure. Proficiency in computers and full availability required. No direct reports, but you'll guide associates and provide feedback to leadership.

- Handle POS transactions, online order fulfillment, and resolve associate/pet parent concerns
