Role Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor (Process Lead) drives store performance through merchandising, inventory control, pet care, and team leadership. You'll uphold PetSmart's vision by maintaining a safe, organized store, leading associates, and ensuring exceptional pet parent experiences. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, delegate tasks, provide performance feedback, and foster engagement through recognition.
• Store Operations: Manage merchandise placement, conduct inventory audits, execute promotional displays, and handle POS/cash transactions with accuracy.
• Pet Care Excellence: Maintain pet health standards, including cleaning, feeding, quarantine protocols, and vet transport for sick pets.
• Customer Focus: Support online order pickups, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive store experience.

Experience & Skills

Seeking candidates with 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in customer-focused settings. Key skills include strong communication, organizational prowess, composure under pressure, computer proficiency, and passion for pets. No direct reports, but you'll guide associate development and act as leader on duty.
