Role Overview
The Retail Operations Supervisor (Process Lead) shares responsibility for driving operational excellence in our Canoga Park store. This full-time role focuses on merchandising, inventory management, pet care, associate leadership, and maintaining a safe, organized space. You'll act as leader on duty, ensuring our brand promise while supporting pet parents and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Train, mentor, and coach associates; delegate tasks; provide feedback for reviews and promotions; resolve grievances; celebrate achievements.
- Store Operations: Manage merchandise placement, inventory audits, sales trends; handle POS and cash; execute opening/closing procedures; support online order fulfillment.
- Pet Care: Maintain cleaning/feeding standards; monitor health; quarantine new arrivals; transport sick pets to vet; ensure safe environments.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail supervisory experience, full availability including evenings/weekends/holidays, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational skills. No direct reports, but guide associates and act as leader when needed. Physical demands include lifting and pet handling in a dynamic retail setting.

- Facilitate positive experiences for pet parents with in-store pickups and online orders
- Act as leader on duty, delegating tasks and resolving associate concerns
