Role Overview
As Retail Operations Supervisor (Process Lead), you'll drive operational excellence, sharing responsibility for merchandising, inventory, pet care, and associate leadership. Uphold our vision while opening/closing the store, overseeing teams, and ensuring a safe, organized space. Full-time role requiring schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Train associates on product knowledge, delegate tasks, mentor for growth, provide feedback for reviews/promotions, and lead as leader on duty.
- Store Operations: Optimize sales via merchandising, manage inventory audits/trends, handle POS/cash, execute online orders, and maintain compliance.
- Pet Care: Clean/feed pets, monitor health, quarantine new arrivals, transport sick pets to vet, and ensure positive pet parent experiences.
Experience & Skills
Seek 2+ years retail supervisory experience. Need strong communication, organization, composure under pressure, computer proficiency, and passion for visual merchandising/pet care. No direct reports, but guide associates and act as key leader.
