Role Overview

As Retail Operations Supervisor (Process Lead), you'll drive operational excellence, sharing responsibility for merchandising, inventory, pet care, and associate leadership. Uphold PetSmart's vision while maintaining a safe, organized store and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, delegate tasks, provide performance feedback, and boost engagement through recognition.
• Store Operations: Manage inventory audits, execute merchandise strategies, handle POS/cash transactions, and ensure policy compliance.
• Pet Care Excellence: Maintain pet health standards, prepare new arrivals, report sick pets, and support online order fulfillment.
• Store Standards: Lead opening/closing procedures, seasonal displays, and a visually appealing environment.

Experience & Skills

Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail supervisory experience in customer-focused settings. Full-time flexibility required (evenings, weekends, holidays). Key traits: strong communication, composure under pressure, organizational prowess, computer proficiency, and passion for pets.
