Role Overview
The Retail Operations Supervisor (Process Lead) shares responsibility for driving operational excellence. You'll manage merchandising, inventory, pet care, store opening/closing, associate oversight, and safety in a fast-paced pet retail setting. Act as leader on duty, ensuring our brand promise while fostering team engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Train and mentor associates on product knowledge, delegate tasks, provide feedback for reviews/promotions, resolve grievances, and celebrate successes.
- Store Operations: Optimize sales via merchandising, manage inventory audits/cycle counts, handle POS/cash, execute online order pickups, and maintain visual standards.
- Pet Care Excellence: Uphold commitment standards for cleaning/feeding, monitor new arrivals/sick pets, quarantine protocols, and ensure safe transport to vets.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail supervisory experience, full availability (evenings/weekends/holidays), computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational detail-orientation. No direct reports, but guide associates and provide performance input. Physical demands include retail environment tasks.

- Handle POS transactions, online order fulfillment, and resolve associate/pet parent concerns
