Role Overview
The Retail Operations Supervisor (Process Lead) shares responsibility for driving operational excellence in our Las Vegas store. This full-time role focuses on merchandising, inventory management, pet care operations, associate oversight, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. Act as leader on duty, ensuring our brand promise is upheld daily.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Guide sales associates with training, mentoring, task delegation, performance feedback, and conflict resolution to boost engagement.
- Store Operations: Optimize sales through product placement, seasonal displays, inventory audits, cycle counts, and sales trend analysis.
- Pet Care Excellence: Maintain cleaning, feeding, health checks for store pets; handle new arrivals, quarantine, sick pet reporting, and vet transport.
- Customer Experience: Manage POS, cash transactions, online order pickups, and ensure compliance with policies for a seamless pet parent experience.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail supervisory experience, full availability including evenings/weekends/holidays, computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational skills for visually appealing store layouts. No direct reports, but guide associates and provide feedback.

Responsibilities
- Lead associates in merchandise handling, training, onboarding, mentoring, and performance feedback
- Execute merchandise strategies, manage inventory audits, sales trend analysis, and stock replenishment
- Oversee store opening/closing, POS operations, cash handling, and policy compliance
- Maintain pet care standards including cleaning, feeding, health monitoring, and vet transport as needed
- Ensure positive experiences for pet parents with in-store pickups, ship-from-store, and overall store safety
