Role Overview
The Retail Operations Supervisor (Process Lead) drives store success through merchandising, inventory control, pet care, and team leadership. With shared responsibility for opening/closing and acting as leader on duty, you'll uphold our brand promise in a fast-paced retail setting focused on pet parents and associates.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Train, coach, and mentor associates; delegate tasks; provide feedback for reviews and promotions; resolve grievances and boost engagement.
- Store Operations: Manage merchandise placement, inventory audits, sales trend analysis, POS transactions, and compliance with policies.
- Pet Care Excellence: Maintain pet health standards, handle new arrivals, monitor sick pets, and ensure safe environments.
- Customer Experience: Support online order pickups and deliver exceptional service at all touchpoints.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail supervisory experience, full availability (evenings/weekends/holidays), computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, and organizational detail-orientation. No direct reports, but guide associates and act as key leader.
