Role Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor (Process Lead) drives store operations, including merchandising, inventory, pet care, and team leadership. You'll ensure a safe, organized store, uphold brand standards, and act as leader on duty, fostering associate engagement and exceptional pet parent experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Train, mentor, and coach sales associates; delegate tasks; provide feedback for performance reviews; resolve grievances; celebrate team achievements.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising strategies, manage inventory audits, handle POS transactions, maintain compliance with policies, and oversee opening/closing procedures.
• Pet Care Excellence: Maintain pet health standards, feed/clean animals, monitor new arrivals, report/transport sick pets, and support online order fulfillment.

Experience & Skills

Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail supervisory experience in customer-focused settings. Full-time availability (evenings, weekends, holidays) required. Key skills include strong communication, organization, attention to detail, composure under pressure, and computer proficiency. No direct reports, but guide associate development and act as leader when needed. Physical demands involve lifting, standing, and pet handling in a dynamic retail environment.
