Role Overview

As Retail Operations Supervisor (Process Lead), you'll drive operational excellence, sharing responsibility for merchandising, inventory, pet care, and associate leadership. Oversee daily store operations, maintain safety standards, and uphold our brand promise while acting as leader on duty.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Train, mentor, and coach sales associates on product knowledge and standards. Delegate tasks, provide performance feedback, handle grievances, and boost engagement through recognition.
• Store Operations: Manage merchandise placement, seasonal displays, inventory audits, and sales trend analysis. Execute opening/closing procedures and ensure POS accuracy.
• Pet Care Excellence: Maintain pet health standards—cleaning, feeding, quarantine protocols, and vet transport for sick pets. Support online order pickups for seamless pet parent experiences.

Experience & Skills

Seeking candidates with 2+ years retail supervisory experience in customer-focused settings. Full-time flexibility required (evenings, weekends, holidays). Key skills: computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure, organizational detail, and passion for pets. No direct reports, but guide associate development and provide feedback.
