Role Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor (Process Lead) shares responsibility for driving operational excellence. You'll manage merchandising, inventory, pet care, store openings/closings, and associate oversight to maintain a safe, organized, and visually appealing store. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, acting as leader on duty when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Train, mentor, and coach associates; delegate tasks; provide feedback for reviews, promotions, and discipline; recognize top performers.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising strategies, conduct inventory audits, manage POS and cash handling, ensure policy compliance.
• Pet Care & Customer Experience: Maintain pet health standards, handle sick pets, support online orders, and deliver exceptional service to pet parents.

Experience & Skills

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of retail supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in computer apps, and composure under pressure. No direct reports, but you'll guide associates and provide performance input. Physical demands include lifting, standing, and working in a pet-friendly environment.
