Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through greetings, consultations, online order fulfillment, and register support.
- Provide hands-on care for store pets: feeding, habitat cleaning, medication administration, and emergency response.
- Execute merchandising tasks like stocking, facing products, price changes, and sales floor recovery.
- Promote events, recommend products/services, and ensure safety for associates, pets, and customers.
- Collaborate across departments while upholding company policies and cleanliness standards.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—pet passion is key! We seek strong communicators with schedule flexibility (evenings/weekends/holidays), composure under pressure, and physical stamina for lifting 50+ lbs, climbing ladders, and animal handling in a dynamic retail setting with moderate noise and pet exposure.
