Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service in-person, online, and at checkout while greeting customers and fulfilling orders.
- Maintain pet health by feeding, cleaning habitats, administering meds, and transporting sick pets to vets.
- Keep the store pristine, stock shelves, face products, and support promotions and events.
- Sell products, services, and pets while promoting adoption events and loyalty programs.
- Prioritize safety for associates, pets, and customers in a dynamic retail setting.
Experience & Skills
