Role Overview
Our full-time Pet Associates drive exceptional pet parent experiences while maintaining store standards and caring for live animals. This entry-level role offers flexibility, hands-on pet interaction, and a chance to make a daily impact in a fun, pet-filled retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service in-person, online, and at checkout, answering questions and preparing pick-up orders.
- Provide direct care for store pets: feed, water, clean habitats, administer vet-directed meds, and respond to health issues.
- Keep the store spotless, stock shelves, face products, and support pricing/promotions.
- Sell merchandise, services, and pets while promoting events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Ensure safety for associates, pets, and customers across all store areas.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—pet passion is key! We seek strong communicators who thrive in fast-paced settings, handle pressure calmly, and are available evenings/weekends/holidays.
