Role Overview
As a full-time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) in Brandon Florida you'll engage pet parents and pets deliver positive experiences and uphold our vision. Share store maintenance pet safety and direct pet care responsibilities in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction via in-person phone register and online order fulfillment
- Provide hands-on care for store pets: feeding watering cleaning habitats and vet-directed medications
- Maintain pristine store standards: facing products recoveries price changes and merchandising
- Sell merchandise services live pets and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment
- Ensure safety for associates pets and customers; respond immediately to pet health issues
Experience & Skills
Entry-level role welcoming pet lovers. Need strong communication flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays composure under pressure and physical stamina (lift 50lbs+ climb stoop handle animals). Exposure to pet hair noise and wet areas common; reasonable accommodations available.
