Role Overview
As a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Campbell River, BC, you'll engage pet parents, care for store pets, and maintain a welcoming store environment. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet interaction, customer service, and retail operations in a fun, pet-loving atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding pet parent experiences in-person, phone, register, and online order pickups.
- Provide direct care for store pets: feeding, watering, cleaning habitats (birds, reptiles, fish, small animals), and administering vet-directed medications.
- Drive sales by recommending products, services, live pets, and promoting events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Maintain store standards: cleanliness, merchandising, pricing updates, and safety for associates, pets, and customers.
- Respond swiftly to pet health issues, including vet transport, and assist across all store areas.
Experience & Skills
