Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through greetings, question-answering, online order prep, and seamless checkouts.
- Manage pet health: feed, water, clean habitats for birds, reptiles, small animals, fish, and crickets; administer vet-directed meds.
- Keep store spotless, handle merchandising, pricing updates, and product recovery to sales floor standards.
- Sell products, services, and live pets; promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Prioritize safety for associates, pets, and customers; respond to pet emergencies and assist across departments.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—pet passion is key! We seek strong communicators who thrive in fast-paced settings, handle pressure calmly, and are flexible with evenings, weekends, and holidays.
