Role Overview
As a full-time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate), you'll deliver outstanding pet parent experiences, care for store pets, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. This entry-level role offers flexibility and impact every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through greetings, questions, online order prep, and sales.
- Provide hands-on pet care: feeding, habitat cleaning, medication admin, and emergency response.
- Execute merchandising: stock, face products, price changes, and promote events/adoptions.
- Uphold safety, cleanliness, and company standards across all store areas.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—pet passion is key! Need strong communication, schedule flexibility (evenings/weekends/holidays), composure under pressure, and physical stamina (lift 50lbs+, handle animals, climb ladders). Exposure to pets, noise, and wet environments common.
