Role Overview
PetSmart's full-time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) delivers outstanding customer service, cares for store pets, and maintains a clean, safe store. This entry-level role in Cedar Park offers flexibility, hands-on pet interaction, and a chance to make a daily impact in pet retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through in-person, phone, register, and online interactions.
- Provide direct care for birds, reptiles, small animals, fish, and habitats including feeding, cleaning, and vet-directed medications.
- Stock shelves, face products, handle price changes, and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and immediate response to sick/injured pets.
- Assist in services areas and collaborate on store operations.
Experience & Skills
