As a full-time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) in Chesapeake, Virginia, you'll engage pet parents, care for live animals, and drive sales while upholding PetSmart's vision. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding pet parent experiences in-person, online, and at checkout.
- Provide direct care for store pets: feeding, cleaning habitats, and vet-directed medications.
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise products, and support promotions/events.
- Recommend products/services, ensure safety, and respond to pet health issues.
- Flexibly assist across store areas including services as needed.
Experience & Skills
