Role Overview

As a full-time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) in Coral Springs, Florida, you'll engage pet parents and their pets, deliver exceptional service, maintain store standards, and provide direct pet care. This entry-level role offers flexibility across store areas, including services, with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive pet parent satisfaction in-person, phone, register, and online order pickups.
• Care for store pets: feed, water, clean habitats (birds, reptiles, fish, small animals), administer vet-directed meds, and transport sick pets.
• Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and maintain cleanliness.
• Sell merchandise, services, live pets, and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
• Ensure safe environment and participate in Belonging & Recognition culture.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required. Ideal candidates have strong communication, composure under pressure, and schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends, holidays). Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, climbing, and handling animals in a moderate-noise, pet-hair-filled environment.
