Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through greetings, questions, online order prep, and sales.
- Provide hands-on care for birds, reptiles, small animals, fish, and habitats including feeding, cleaning, and vet-directed medications.
- Stock shelves, face products, handle price changes, and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Promote events like adoption weekends and Treats enrollment while ensuring safety for pets, associates, and customers.
- Assist across store areas, react to emergencies like sick pets, and uphold company policies.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required, but pet enthusiasts thrive here.
