As a full-time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) in Delavan, Wisconsin, you'll engage pet parents, care for live animals, and drive sales while upholding PetSmart's vision. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet interaction and customer service in a dynamic retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding pet parent experiences in-person, phone, register, and online.
- Feed, water, clean habitats, and medicate store pets (birds, reptiles, fish, small animals).
- Stock shelves, face products, handle price changes, and maintain cleanliness.
- Sell merchandise, services, and live pets; promote events like adoptions.
- Ensure safety, respond to sick pets, and assist across store areas.
Experience & Skills
