Role Overview
As a full-time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) in Eden Prairie MN you'll engage pet parents provide expert care for store pets and drive sales. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet interaction store operations and customer service in a fun pet-filled atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage pet parents greet answer questions and ensure positive experiences across channels
- Care for store-owned pets: feed water clean habitats and administer vet-directed meds
- Maintain cleanliness stock products execute price changes and recover sales floor
- Sell merchandise services live pets and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment
- Ensure safety for associates pets and customers responding swiftly to health issues
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required but pet passion helps. Need strong communication flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays composure under pressure and physical stamina (lift 50lbs+ climb stoop handle animals). Thrive in moderate-noise wet pet-hair environments.
