Role Overview
As a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Fajardo, you'll deliver outstanding pet parent experiences, care for store pets, and maintain a clean, safe environment. This entry-level role offers flexibility and impact every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service in-person, phone, register, and online; prepare pick-up orders.
- Care for birds, reptiles, small animals, fish; feed, clean habitats, administer vet-directed meds.
- Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and promote events like adoptions.
- Ensure store safety, handle sick pets, and assist across departments including services.
- Uphold cleanliness and company policies while recommending products and services.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—pet passion is key! Need strong communication, schedule flexibility (evenings/weekends/holidays), composure under pressure, and physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in pet-filled environments.
