Role Overview
As a full-time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) in Fall River MA you'll deliver outstanding pet parent experiences while caring for store pets maintaining cleanliness and driving sales. This entry-level role offers flexibility impact and daily joy from helping families welcome new pets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction via in-person phone register and online order fulfillment
- Provide hands-on care for birds reptiles fish small animals including feeding cleaning and vet-directed meds
- Execute merchandising tasks like stocking facing recovering products and promotional pricing
- Promote events adoptions Treats enrollment and charity drives
- Maintain safety standards for associates pets and customers responding swiftly to issues
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required but pet enthusiasts thrive. Need strong communication flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays composure under pressure and physical stamina (lift 50lbs+ climb stoop handle animals in moderate noise/wet conditions). Depth perception essential for pet safety.
