Role Overview
Our full-time Pet Associates drive the pet parent experience through exceptional service, pet care, and store operations. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet interaction, sales opportunities, and a chance to make a daily impact in a fun, pet-filled retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in-person, phone, register, and online order fulfillment.
- Provide direct care for store pets: feeding, habitat cleaning, medication administration, and health monitoring.
- Maintain merchandising standards: stocking, facing products, price changes, and recovery.
- Promote events, recommend merchandise/services, and ensure a safe environment for pets, associates, and customers.
- Support store-wide tasks including cleanliness and multi-department assistance.
Experience & Skills
