Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional pet parent experiences in-person, online, and at pickup, answering questions and recommending products/services.

- Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards, responding immediately to sick/injured pets.
- Assist across departments including services as needed.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, composure under pressure, and physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in pet-filled environments. Passion for pets is essential.
