Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional pet parent experiences across all channels, answering questions and preparing online orders.
- Handle daily pet care for birds, reptiles, fish, and small animals, including feeding, cleaning, and vet-directed medications.
- Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Maintain store safety and cleanliness, responding immediately to pet health issues.
- Recommend products, services, and pets to drive sales and satisfaction.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—pet passion is key! We seek strong communicators with schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
