Role Overview
As a full-time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) in Houston, Texas, you'll engage pet parents and their pets, deliver positive experiences, and uphold our vision. Share in store maintenance, pet safety, and direct pet care while working flexibly across evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction in-person, phone, register, and online order pickups.
- Provide hands-on care for store pets: feeding, watering, cleaning habitats, and vet-directed medications.
- Execute merchandising: face/fill products, price changes, and sales floor recovery.
- Sell merchandise, services, live pets, and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Ensure safety: identify sick pets, transport to vet, and maintain clean, hazard-free store.
Experience & Skills
